1 hr/week,  at the very minimal, is spent with your  "Inner Circle" ...close friends and family.
+ 10 minutes/week  with someone outside your Inner Circle. A neighbor. A stranger in plain sight. A soul just waiting to be seen — safely, gently, with presence.
Live and in person.
During your time together,  no cellphones, no smartphones ...nothing to get in the way of genuine person to person connection.
Good conversation and sharing  and lots and lots of smiles.

Ideas to CONNECT LIVE with your "Outer Circle"

Introduce yourself to a neighbor that you've never met ...invite them over for dinner.
Ask the cashier, the server, you name it, "how's your day?" ...then listen, and let them know you are listening.
Help someone  that needs a hand ...volunteering, mentoring, etc.
Start a conversation  with someone new. Not because you know them — but because you remember you don’t have to in order to connect. That new person? They want the same thing you do — to be seen, respected, and  loved. Even one moment of connection can remind them they’re not invisible.
